Warframe mod slot bredvid aura

I haven't polarized a single warframe, other than Banshee to get a full Redirection on, which was before the Aura stuff. Usually, I'll just put whatever mod fits the Aura's polarity when I'm leveling a frame, and change it to either Rejuvenation/Energy Siphon or Rifle Amp afterwards no matter the polarity, the former varying on whether the frame has a low HP amount or not.

Slots without polarities always use the amount of points displayed on the mod. When you are finished equipping mods, select the BACK button and you will return to the Arsenal. Mod Fusion Fusing mods will raise the mod rank and improve the strength of its effect, but it will also increase the cost of the mod toe quip. Ahoy thar, Legion! As requested by Mr. Maddock, Auras 101! This quick Warframe guide will get ya up to speed and beyond on how to use Aura mods effectively Dec 21, 2018 It means that during your warframe/weapon modding, you placed that mod into a slot with an unmatching polarity. You drain more mod capacity that way which isn't good. Try moving it into a slot without a polarity, or better yet, a slot with a matching polarity to get a blue number (drain less mod capacity by halving the drain of the mod). Unless I'm not supposed to see even a ONE point value increase on a Rank 30 frame with this mod while in Arsenal, then it's amazing how much people aren't listening. lol I didn't use "Nothing" as a general umbrella term. I meant ACTUALLY NOTHING. Yeah, no. It doesn't change your health in the arsenal. Aura effects are only apparent in-mission. So if you put a mod with five drain into a aura slot with the same polarity, you will get additional ten mod capacity. If you put it into a neutral aura slot (with no mod polarity) you’ll get five capacity points, while an off-polarity will reduce the extra capacity to 80% – so a mod with five drain will give you four capacity.

The Aura slot can be polarized, either (just as a regular mod slot) with a Forma for a specific polarity, or with a special Aura Forma to be universally compatible with any Aura Mod Polarity. The only aura that's not dash that has *some* merit is steel charge since it gives more mod capacity than other auras, but even than that can just be solved with forma on another slot. Steel charge is just 60% more base damage and doesn't stack with all your other melee damage buffs so way worse than corrosive projection for damage.

Go for - polarity in aura slot as others have pointed out. As for the build itself, personally, I think the build is kinda awful. It has great damage but terribly inefficient with no way of sustaining your energy. I would definitely replace that max BR to a R2 BR to cap on energy efficiency. You can double the mod capacity of a warframe with an Orokin Reactor. Equipping an Aura mod will also increase the mod capacity of a warframe. Additionally, you get [your MR] points in advance. For example, an MR 10 will start with 10 mod capacity on their warframe until it hits lvl 11.

I had this idea a while back that you should be able to use the aura forma on the stance slot of a melee weapon given that it functions exactly the same way an aura does on a Warframe with regards to mod capacity and the like. It would open the way for more diversity among melee mod builds becaus
